Update
It's nearly been two weeks since we arrived in Mae Sai, and we've met so many wonderful individuals! Victory Mae Sai Church is well connected with many other powerful ministries in the surrounding area. Many leaders of other ministries attend the evening church service, so we have had the opportunity to connect with missionaries and the work they are doing. We got to spend a day with students at a worship school, and visited a Christian bookstore.
Most recently, we got the opportunity to teacher English in a public Buddhist school!
One of the missionaries has established a relationship with the school by providing English speakers as teachers. This creates a beautiful opportunity for the gospel to be shared with the students as the school allows us to use Bible stories as material for teaching English.
The staff are welcoming and the students are very sweet! We are excited to see them all again next week.
Prayer Request
Our prayer is that these students would experience God's love and be impacted by His word as we teach. Please pray that God would work through us in this school.
