Blankets & Christmas Gifts

Children with their new blankets...

We recently had the opportunity to visit a children's home located just a couples hours from Mae Sai run by a Christian organization. The foundation takes care of roughly 60 orphaned and vulnerable children, giving them safe shelter, food and education. However, it is currently winter here in Thailand and these children have been sleeping without blankets. The foundation was also unable to afford gifts for the children at Christmas this year.

This is why we joined a team of people set to visit the foundation and have a belated Christmas celebration! We played games, sang songs, and gifted each child a blanket and an age and gender specific Christmas presents.

It was an honor and a joy to spend the day with these children. We will not forget their joyful smiles and gratitude.
